Can two friends be covered on a couple policy?

Couple policy is only available for one person who is 18 years of age or older and their accompanying partner. Unfortunately, two friends travelling together cannot be considered as a couple.

Partner under the policy is defined as “ A person who is over the age of 18, who you live with at the time of purchasing this insurance, and who is your husband or wife, fiancé and fiancée or de facto partners of either sex and who are name on the Policy Schedule”
