Tick Travel Insurance’s recognition is a testament to our dedication to customer satisfaction. With a score of 4.49 out of 5 from those surveyed, we proudly maintained our exceptional performance from the previous year at 1st place for ‘Top Value’.
We also scored among the highest for ease of application with a 4.6 out of 5, earning 2nd place in ‘Loved Brand’. Additionally, 94% of customers surveyed considered Tick a trustworthy insurer. We also earned 2nd place for ‘Quality Service’, with a score of 4.41 out of 5.
How the Finder Awards Are Determined?
The Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards are based on thousands of Australian customer reviews of a range of products they purchased or used recently.
In collaboration with leading data and insights firm Dynata, Finder collected feedback from over 10,000 Australians.
Brands are evaluated on key metrics, including value for money and customer service. To be eligible for a Finder Customer Satisfaction Award, a brand must receive more than 25 to 30 responses.
